We use trusted service providers ("processors") to run the App. Each only receives the data it needs:
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
If you opt in, we send push notifications about events, offers, and your rewards. You can turn these off at any time in the App's Settings, or in your device's notification settings.
We use the Meta SDK to measure how our advertising performs and to understand app installs.
The App is for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children. If you add a child's name and date of birth, you do so as their parent or guardian to receive birthday rewards, and you consent to us storing that information for that purpose. You can remove it at any time in the App, and it is deleted if you delete your account.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see section 9), we delete your personal data from the App, except where we must keep certain records (for example, transaction records for accounting or legal reasons) for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 6 years]. Crash and diagnostic data is kept for a limited period.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
To delete your account: open the App, go to Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the App, email admin@funarena.co.uk from your registered address.
To exercise any other right, contact us at admin@funarena.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Some of our providers are based outside the UK (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls that limit who can see your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date.
