Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully; on entering the premises of Fun Arena, you are asked to follow and adhere to the following entry and arena conditions. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave and be removed from the premises by Fun Arena personnel, security or police officers – without any right to a refund. Fun Arena reserves the right to vary these entry conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a ticket online or purchasing one in person and entering Fun Arena, you accept that you have duty to conduct yourself in a manner to ensure your own safety and for those around you and accept our terms and conditions.

Our Commitment to provide a product/ service:
Fun Arena will endeavour to make sure the arena and equipment is in use at all times advertised. However, Fun Arena reserves the right, without prior notice, to close and change the equipment/ opening hours. If Fun Arena feels it is not safe to have a section of the arena open or need to close the premises, Fun Arena has the right to do so at any time. This could be due to technical or operational reasons, capacity, staffing etc. 

Tickets/ Admissions: 

  • Every ticket holder must sign our Fun Arena Waiver before participating on the equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have signed the waiver form before entering.
  • Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full and prompt refund via the same payment method.
  • Any cancellation made between 24 hours to 1 hour prior to the start of the session booked will be rearranged for another more convenient time and date. However, this booking is not eligible for a refund and will never be then eligible for a refund once moved, even if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice on the next occasion.
  • If you request a refund after the time of your booking should have taken place, the booking can not be rescheduled or refunded due to that spot being taken and allowing others not to attend - staffing has already been put in place for those bookings also.
  • Normal, day-to-day socks MUST be worn at all times in the arena, and you will not be allowed to bounce without them or play within the Fun Arena Venue. 

Email Sign Up Code:

The email sign up code is only applicable to general admissions bookings. This code can not be used for parties, group bookings, private hire, sky bar hire, family or group tickets.  The discount can only be applied to online bookings and not on a walk-in basis.

Loyalty Passport:

The Fun Arena Loyalty Passport is offered by Fun Arena and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Loyalty Passport is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered booking holder.
2. Each Loyalty Passport holder is entitled to receive one stamp per visit, per booking - not per child within the booking.
3. Stamps are only given for general admission bookings and are not applicable to parties, group bookings, family tickets, or special events.
4. The promotional codes can only be applied once to a single booking.
5. The Loyalty Passport must be presented at the time of each visit to receive stamps.
6. Loyalty Passport holders are entitled to exclusive discounts using the provided promotional codes.
7. The promotional code can only be used against general admission bookings made online. The  discount is not applicable to parties, group bookings, family tickets, or special events.
8. The Loyalty Passport must be used within one year from the date of the first visit. After this the redemptions will no longer be valid.
9. Fun Arena reserves the right to amend or cancel the Loyalty Card program at any time without prior notice.

Fun Arena is not responsible for any loss or damage to the loyalty card. In the event of a misplaced card, a new one will be issued; however past stamps cannot be transferred, and the cardholder will have to start afresh.

£5 Toddler Takeover

1. Offer valid only on specified dates: April 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th, and 30th.
2. Existing bookings cannot be switched to the £5 toddler takeover session.
3. Once the £5 session is reserved, it cannot be moved to a different date outside the specified booking dates.
4. Promotion applies exclusively to toddlers aged 0-5 years.

Birthday Parties: 

  • Due to the high level of demand we are experiencing, we are unable to add any extra children to your party on the day it's due to take place. If you'd like to add more guests to your party booking please inform us at least 4 days before the party. All our party packages with food and all our bounce sessions are subject to availability.
  • Party booking deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another date where applicable. In the event that is not possible to change your booking date (due to other dates being fully booked already) then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.
  • Final balance, any extras required and special dietary requirements must be confirmed a minimum of 7 -10 days prior to your party/event. Without this payment we will not be able to host your party. Once full payment is received this is fully non-refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.
  • Once final numbers have been confirmed prior the party, we are unable to offer refunds for children that do not turn up on the day of the party. However, these spaces can be used by any siblings/parents that want to bounce on the inflatables with the party. No credit vouchers will be issued as we have staffed the parties (this includes chefs, floor staff, restaurant staff) for the given numbers and pre-ordered the food.
  • All our party bookings are for a minimum of 12 children which includes the birthday/children. 
  • The cost of the party includes 1 hour 15-minute access to the inflatable arena and 45 minutes in the party room. Once the party has ended you are not permitted to stay and play. If you wish to stay and play standard entry prices will apply.
  • Party and food prices are reviewed from time to time and may be subject to change without advance warning, even if you have already booked for the minimum number of guests.
  • It is your responsibility to notify Fun Arena before your party of any allergies - these must be confirmed on your final confirmation call and emails. If you fail to do so and only notify us on the day this may result in us failing to fulfil the requests.
  • No catering can be brought into the centre by the party organiser or guests. All food and beverage items must be purchased from Fun Arena. 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow time for check-in and your safety briefing. Late arrivals will not have any lost time in the arena compensated.
  • Fun Arena is not responsible for customer’s personal belongings, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to look after their own belongings.
  • Amendments/cancellation policy:
  • You may cancel your party up to 14 days prior to it, however, please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
  • Any cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event will still be charged 100% of the full party amount*

Our right to remove you or refuse entry: 
Fun Arena, reserves the right to refuse admission to the site, ban from entry or remove any person at any given time. If Fun Arena feels an individual/ group is being abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, violent, threatening or violent, insulting words/ behaviour they will be asked to leave the premises. This will be done so without the right to a refund. If a person is found damaging or defacing any part of the Fun Arena car park, building, equipment, fabrics or any property – Fun Arena reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and any costs incurred to be presented to you. 

Car Park: 
The Fun Arena car park is only for use for Fun Arena Customers. Tickets for Fun Arena can only be purchased on or on a walk-in basis at reception, dependant on availability - if we are at capacity we will then be forced to turn you away. We strongly advise always booking online online before visiting. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Fun Arena takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park. 

The Hangar Restaurant & Bar:

Our restaurant is known for not serving the average play centre food! We serve breakfast daily from when we open up until 11:30am. This then changes service to our lunch menu at 11:45AM - every meal is made fresh in house and will take approximately 15-20 minutes. At our busy periods, the wait on food does become greater, we advise not to leave it to the last minute to order. Last orders for our restaurant need to be made an hour before closing. Fun Arena reserves the right to change these times and close earlier if we feel to do so.

General Arena Conduct:

  1. We strongly advise wearing long sleeved tops and long pants to avoid friction burns which can occur when participating on the Captains Castle and Sky Fort. 
  2. On the slides throughout the arena, always slide whilst seated, feet in front of you. DO NOT slide down headfirst.
  3. Only one person to go down at a time on the drop slides.
  4. Ensure that the slide exit is clear before starting your slide.
  5. NO rough play, wrestling, tackling or shoving.
  6. NO sitting or lying on the inflatables.
  7. NO food, drink or chewing gum allowed on the Captain’s castle/ Sky Fort. 
  8. Do not attempt any move beyond your own skill level.
  9. Remove all items from your pockets before entering the arena
  10. NO keys, keychains, sharp or pointed items in the arena.
  11. NO belt buckles or studs on clothing.
  12. We also recommend the removal of all jewellery.
  13. DO NOT participate if you are pregnant or are suffering from any injuries. 
  14. Fun Arena is not responsible for customer’s personal belongings, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to look after their own belongings.
  15. Any under 5's playing within toddler land must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  16. Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
  17. No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
  18. Reckless or boisterous behaviour will not be allowed. 
  19. We understand taking your children out can be stressful at times, however if this taken out on our staff you will be asked to leave.
  20. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron of the inflatable(s). The step is there to help users get on and off.
  21. No-one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable/ Sky Fort. 
  22. Consumption of alcohol at the venue is optional and a personal decision. I agree to drink responsibly, and I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all my actions, including damage or injury resulting from consumption of alcohol and that Fun Arena Ltd cannot be held responsible. 
  23. Whilst in the arena the use of laptop chargers & phone chargers is not prohibited. 
  24. I am happy with the T&C's, and I take full responsibility for the safety and use of the equipment throughout the arena. 
  25. The Waiver form must be signed, and the safety video must be watched before entering and playing within the arena.

We ask that if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptons that you DO NOT attend Fun Arena.
